Update: An error in the Plan has been identified that requires an amendment to the Plan. Specifically, Part A of the Plan of Allocation should be interpreted as “sold prior to the close of trading on November 1.” The SEC plans to obtain an “Amended Plan of Distribution” to incorporate the clarifying language so that Part A aligns with Table A.
